Well, today was a fun and exciting day for the Shugan family. We went over to my dad and Carrie's house to go through some boxes of my stuff that were in my dad's storage. There were all kinds of funny old pictures and things from my childhood and from high school, it was cool looking back at all that stuff. After we got all hot and dusty going through that stuff we went in the pool and decided to put Sadie in! She finally had her first time in the pool. She just kind of hung out, she didn't cry or anything. After that we hung out and talked and then went out to a nice dinner at steak and pasta works. It was a fun day and it was so neat to let Sadie "swim" for the first time. We didn't stay in very long because I didn't want her to get sunburned or have an accident in the pool. Anyhow, we're all tuckered out! Tomorrow we go to the picture people to have our pictures done. I'm so excited, I hope they turn out well. Loves to all ya'll

Wow, that was an exciting day for the Shugans. Sadie looks at home in the pool. Next year she really will be swimming. She looks happy with her Poppa (?).

Sarah, I love it when you post new pictures and messages about what the Shugan's are doing. What a contented baby Sadie is! She looks like she is thinking, "What a privileged and blessed baby I am!" And she is, with loving parents, doting grandparents and "greats" too, not to mention all the aunts/uncles and cousins.
