Beautiful Baby

So, I'm going to be entering Sadie in the Regis and Kelly "beautiful baby" contest. I have to send a picture. I can't decide between these two. I also have a couple more I like but I think these are the best. Everyone tell me what your vote is! Other than that things are going along as usual. Adam with work and school, me with work. Nothing too terribly exciting. Sadie had her 6 month check up. Dr. Rosi said she looked great. She has lost some weight, a little over half a pound. Something we will need to keep a close eye on. She has become more active, so that could be the culprit but Dr. Rosi just wants to be sure. So, I take her back in 2 weeks for a re-weigh to see where she is at. In the meantime, we have to write down everything and every time she eats. She is doing fantastic though, meeting and exceeding her milestones. I love that monkey.

We have been looking off and on at houses to rent until Adam is done with school. We live in a pretty nice apartment but we'd like more space...and...to be honest, we are really not apartment people. Adam can't stand having people drive through the community like maniacs (people rarely stop at stop signs here) and I can't stand hearing my neighbors. Most of the time it doesn't bother me. Hearing someone above you walking took some getting used to. What really aggravates me is hearing other people's TV and music and conversations outside the door. I guess in the grand scheme of things those things really shouldn't bother me. Unfortunately they do. I have never lived in an apartment with someone over me and walls that you can hear through. Anyhow, we are now at the point where we either need to do it, or stay where we are. Adam will be done with school (theoretically) in 11 months so if we sign a 12 month lease somewhere and he doesn't get a job in G'ville, then we will be stuck for however much time is left on our lease. If we end up here, though then it would be nice to already be in a house. We'll see. It's weird to think we may be living somewhere else in a little over a year from now, possibly. When we were going to move to Chicago it was fun and exciting, but with a little one it really makes it feel fun and scary at the same time. I think it would be good for both of us to experience living somewhere besides Gville well Adam has lived other places...). I hate to think of Sadie as a 3rd generation ACR (no offense mom and dad).
