Nothing too exciting to report, just the usual, work and hanging out with miss Sadie. She went to "school" this afternoon. Picked her up and she was all smiles. Adam is at work, I spoke with him earlier and he said that work was good. Valentines is this weekend and it's looking like rain. No canoe trip I suppose. Maybe we'll go to the rock gym. I got the tickets for the Less than Jake show this Friday. I'm excited. I am already worried about Sadie sleeping at my Mom's. I know my mom will take good care of her, but this is the first planned night she'll be away and I am a little sad. It'll be good for Adam and I. I hope that she does okay. Hopefully it'll be harder on me than her!
Daily Kabbalah:
We're all human. We all get to moments where we don't feel like doing or caring. But we have to realize we are at war with our darkness. This can be one of the most dangerous weapons of the other side — to stop pushing. We must constantly grasp for our next level. Even when we're tired, don't have the energy, had a bad day — even then we must find the strength to inject energy and look within. Insecurity, hurt by others, whatever the excuse is to become lazy — if we're not alert to our enemy's moves, he knocks us down.Today, push back against your inner-gravity. Challenge yourself to do more than you usually do. Go the extra-EXTRA mile.
