Sunday at the park.

Today did not turn out as planned...but it was great! We had planned on going over to St. Augustine this morning and walking around, going to the fort. But, it was just too cold. Plus, we had other things we needed to do (laundry, grocery shopping). We went to breakfast at the flying biscuit (delicious!) with Adam's Mom. It was really busy so by the time we were done we had decided to run over to Furniture Kingdom to show Irene some Chairs we liked for our table. We've been looking around for chairs for a while but have had a hard time finding some that we though were reasonably priced. We were planning on getting these chairs from Wal Mart but Irene wanted to see the other ones we liked. So as soon as we got there (we had been to Wal Mart before breakfast and looked at the other ones) we knew that these were the best ones. They were a bit more than what we wanted to spend but we had been saving up for some and they are good quality (Ashley brand) chairs. They will last us a lot longer than the Wal Mart ones (plus they look better).

After we brought them home, Sadie took a nap and Irene, Adam and I chatted. Irene left to get Henry and then after Sadie got up we went to the park! We didn't stay long though because it was really cold! It was a great day.

Saturday, my Mom watched Sadie (while we were at work) and she brought over all this stuff of mine that she had saved. There were old report cards, my audition numbers from my Nutcracker auditions, noted I wrote to her and my Dad. It was really cool. She also brought over this cute plastic tea set that was mine. She had cleaned it all up so now Sadie can play with it! She brought over some of the clothes than my Mama had made for me and some of my old T shirts. Sadie wore one today! I am so thankful that my Mom saved that stuff. It's neat to go back and look at it all. I wish I was better about saving stuff for Sadie. Well, enjoy the pics (BTW-the piece of furniture with the lamp on it is the bottom half of a china hutch that my mom gave me. We aren't sure what we are going to do...paint, re-stain, etc). Loves
