Shiny, happy Sadie

We went to Ikea today and got the leaf canopy I had been wanting to get since before I had Sadie!! We don't go down there very often and it seemed every time I went, they were always out of it. FINALLY!! Sadie loves it and it looks so cute in her room. I may lower it a bit, but it's fine for now.

As you can see from her pictures, Sadie wore her big girl undies today. No, not all day, only for about 30 minutes. But, she told me to "change her diaper" when she had to go pee pee. She held it and went in the potty!! Big step. She was so proud of herslef for being in her big girl (Yo Gabba Gabba) panties that she was dancing around. I figured this is probably it for being able to post cute panty pictures, so I'd better do it now.

Also, Sadie has been dressing up in one of my old play slips from when I was little. She loves to wear it around with her tiara and play. She is so funny.

Yesterday we went to Jerilyn's 4th birthday party and saw family and had a good time. Mellina is pregnant so there will more birthday parties to go to soon! I can't believe Jerilyn is 4 and that in a few months, Sadie will be 3!! Time flies.

Well, back to work tomorrow. I'm finally starting to get used to this new job. It's fun but challenging at times. I like the people I work with and we have a fun time. Plus, I found out that in October Aaron takes the Portfolio Managers (Daisy, Bredna and me) and the Operations Manager to a conference. Last year they went to Seattle, this year I think it's Dallas!
